“A course which has been transformed beyond all recognition from being a former waste ground”
Although it is 400km away from Bangkok, the Singha Park Khon Kaen Golf Club is less than an hour’s drive from Khon Kaen. Originally a waste dump for a beer brewery, it was converted in 2009 and still retains much of its natural terrain such as an abundance of marsh land. The Singha Park Khon Kaen Golf Club also hosted the Asian Tour’s King Cup in 2009. Its clubhouse has a contemporary design and has won many awards. An air-conditioned space, the clubhouse at the Singha Park Khon Kaen Golf Club also serves food and coffee which can be enjoyed on its al fresco balcony.
Thailand Golf Tours brings visitors from all over the world to enjoy the incredible course at the Singha Park Khon Kaen Golf Club and can easily organise your visit. Thailand Golf Tours works with individual and group travellers to plan tours to Thailand’s many golf courses; as part of a visit to Thailand or as the basis for an entire holiday in Thailand focused on golf. With excellent local contacts and wealth of local knowledge, Thailand Golf Tours are able to ensure the golf break or holiday that suits your skills, interest, budget and time requirements.
Golf East designed this 18 hole, par 72 course which is 7502 yards long and has created other courses in Thailand which are also celebrated by golfers and critics alike. There are nine lakes at the Singha Park Khon Kaen Golf Club which also have an abundance of local fauna. Although the 13th is a par 3, it is still challenging where even experienced golfers will be lucky to card a bogie. Despite it having numerous long holes, precision is key at this course due to how many water hazards it has.
